Welcome to the Cayman Islands information website for moving, working and living in Grand Cayman - brought to you by the publishers of the Cayman New Resident magazine. This website is a fabulous resource if you are looking for Cayman Islands information, or if you need detailed information about Grand Cayman and relocating or moving to the Cayman Islands, working in the Cayman Islands, or living in the Cayman Islands.

Moving anywhere new is exciting but it can also be unsettling and moving to the Cayman Islands is no exception. Relax, we have created "New Resident" as an invaluable Cayman information guide to everything you might need for setting up and adjusting to life in the Islands. It will help you with selecting a neighbourhood, finding a home, moving in, setting up your utilities and all that goes with finding a new home; then when you are ready to explore, it will help you locate good restaurants and bars, find fun and exciting things to do and become a part of the local community. Below is a map of the Cayman Islands.

Unlike other websites about the Cayman Islands, New Resident is written and continuously updated by a team of local Cayman residents. We don't joke about that, everything in this website is current and up to date, and we are a highly respected magazine because of it. New Resident gives you accuarate detailed and unbiased information on real estate in Cayman, living in the Cayman Islands, finding a job on Grand Cayman, relocating and settling in to Cayman, even the cost of living in the Cayman Islands. Absolutely everything about relocating to the Cayman Islands, living in the Cayman Islands and working in the Cayman Islands.

If you want to know more about the bar and restaurant scene in Cayman look for a copy of our sister magazine Good Taste (when you get to the Island) or visit our website. All Grand Cayman restaurantsare listed in there and it gives you a great what dining out in the Cayman Islands is like. It is packed full of photos, menus, maps, detailed descriptions, recommendations and other facts about Cayman's amazing restaurant, bar and dining scene. We highly recommend it.

Whether you are coming to Cayman for a limited time or to become a permanent resident, we hope that "New Resident" will help you to enjoy our way of life and integrate with our very special community, the people of the Cayman Islands.

Please note that when you order the PDF version of the magazine we first confirm your payment with Paypal and then we send you the links so that you can download the magazine. The links on the PDf expire within 24 hours so please download as soon as you get them. If you have any problems then email us on Acorn@candw.ky and we will resend. The delay time between you ordering the magazine and us sending you the links is usually about 1 hour if you order the magazine during the week within the hours of 9am to 7pm Cayman time.
